At MT Højgaard Holding, you will be part of a strong team of approx. 50 employees who shape the Group’s strategic development and act as sparring partners for the Group’s business units. We provide specialised consultancy in areas such as finance, strategy, sustainability, IT and law.

You will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge in collaboration with colleagues with many different backgrounds and competences – from project managers and craftsmen to specialists in tendering, contracting, procurement, life cycle assessment, certification and much more.

Youth networks

Become part of the Group's UNG Network, where employees under 35 have the opportunity to meet across departments. The network meets a couple of times a year, where both the social and professional aspects are prioritised. In the network, we build relationships and discuss challenges and opportunities in everyday life.

Employee scholarship

In 1963, Knud Højgaard founded an employee scholarship to honour and support the group's employees. The scholarship is still in place today. Every year, 30 employees receive a scholarship in recognition of their extraordinary work for the Group and their ability to collaborate internally and externally.

Associations

There are plenty of opportunities to socialise and share interests with colleagues in the group. Summer party, Friday bar, company football, Counterstrike tournaments, art club, apprentice days and much more.
